  • Operational data: timesheets, approvals, invoices, meeting links.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device info, and usage logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate the matching, messaging, scheduling, billing, and payroll features.
  • Authenticate you and secure your account.
  • Send transactional notifications (applications, interviews, invoices, password resets).
  • Improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to deliver the Service: employers see candidate profiles and resumes for roles they post; candidates see employer profiles for roles they apply to. We use vetted processors for hosting, authentication, file storage, and email delivery. We do not sell your data.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security and role-based permissions. Despite our safeguards, no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices

  • Edit or remove profile content at any time from your portal.
  • Delete uploaded resumes or profile photos.
  • Request account deletion via the contact page; we may retain certain records (e.g., invoices) as required by law.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
